DAMAGE TO PROPERTY MAY RESULT. Dinverno Group LLC is not responsible for any damage to the property that may result from delivery or removal of the container on the property. Cracks, gouges, ruts, rust spots or other damage may result from placement, removal, or extended time sitting at a location.
TONNAGE LIMIT / HAUL TERMS: Please note your tonnage limit. Any tonnage over the limit will be subject to a per ton charge and will be invoiced upon removal of the container and disposal of the material. Loads must be kept level and within current legal load weight restriction limits. Dinverno Group has the right to refuse to pick up a container that is unsafely overweight or overloaded, at which point the customer is responsible to offload any and all debris at own personal expense in order for the container to be safely hauled away. If Dinverno Group is unable to pick up the container when scheduled and needs to leave the site without the container due to it being blocked in, overweight or overloaded there is an additional "dry run" charge that may apply. If they are found in the load while dumping additional charges may apply.
RENTAL PERIOD: Please note your rental period. After your rental period has expired you will be given the option to extend the rental of the container at a per day cost which will be charged weekly upon approval. Refusal to extend the rental or an inability to reach the customer to extend the rental will result in the container being scheduled for pickup.
MATERIALS NOT ALLOWED: No tires, concrete slabs, hazardous materials of any kind are allowed in the container. Paint, Oils, Freon, Dirt, etc are not allowed. Mattresses, tagged appliances or large brush or landscaping debris must be approved to be put in the dumpster prior to delivery as separate disposal rates may apply. If they are found in the load while dumping additional charges may apply or the items may be reloaded into the container and brought back to the customer location at additional expense. By receiving this receipt and accepting delivery of the dumpster you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
