  • The History

    Guido "Guy" Dinverno has worked in the waste hauling and recycling industry for most of his life. He's worked in every aspect of the industry. From driving a truck, to working a machine at a transfer station all the way to sales manager, general manager and now President/Owner of his own company. Guido knows the industry because he's lived it. In the 90's he was instrumental in starting a MRF (Materials Recovery Facility) and recycling center with his family while working for his Dad's company. It was one of the first of it's kind in Metro Detroit. Guido knows this market and he's had a long and successful career because he cares for his customers and focuses on service.
    In 2008 Guido decided to start his own company, Dinverno Group LLC, with his wife Mary Katherine and sons Bryan and Jeff. Both Bryan and Jeff have extensive experience in the waste industry and grew up around it. With their key contributions, differing skill sets and in-depth knowledge of the industry, they have worked hand in hand with their father to make Dinverno Group what it is today. Together they have built a quality team over the years and created a company that is focused on those same beliefs Guido has followed through his life and career:Family, Faith, Friendship, Loyalty & Reliability
